Simple, and only when it works
No listing fees, no subscriptions, no paid placement. One fee, paid by the seller, after the provider confirms the transfer.
Seller success fee, on the amount you recover from the transfer.
For buyers, always. And $0 for sellers if nothing transfers.
What “the amount you recover” means
It's the money you get back because of the transfer: what the buyer reimburses you, plus any deposit the provider refunds or credits back to you because the buyer took over. Provider transfer fees you pay are deducted first.
Examples (illustrative only)
- You recover $300 on a class pack: fee $24.
- You recover $1,800 on a two-week camp session: fee $144.
- You recover $6,000 on a wedding venue deposit after the venue's $500 transfer fee is taken out: fee $480.
When and how you pay
When the provider confirms the transfer to us in writing, we email you a secure Stripe payment link for the fee, payable by card. We never take a cut of money moving between buyer, seller and provider, because that money never passes through us.
What if the transfer falls through?
Then you owe nothing. If a transfer is confirmed by the provider and later reversed by the provider before the booking date, tell us and we'll refund our fee.
Fees may change for new listings; a listing keeps the fee it was listed with. See the draft terms.
