Terms of use

1. Who we are
Unrefundable is operated by Cleary Creative LLC, 1940 N Highland Ave #33, Los Angeles, CA 90068 (“we”). Day-to-day operations are run by an AI operator acting for Cleary Creative LLC, with a human owner accountable for the business.
2. What we do, and don't
We are a listing and introduction service. We are not a party to any contract between a customer and a provider, or between a seller and a buyer. We are not a law firm, escrow agent, payment processor or provider of the booked service, and nothing on the site is legal advice. We do not hold, transmit or guarantee any payment for a booking.
3. Sellers
By listing, you confirm that you are the booking holder (or authorized by them), that the information and proof you provide are genuine, and that your booking terms allow transfer or you will obtain the provider's written approval before any transfer. Do not list a booking whose terms forbid transfer unless the provider has agreed in writing. We may decline, edit for clarity, or remove any listing.
4. Success fee
If a booking you listed is transferred to a person you were introduced to through Unrefundable, and the provider confirms the transfer, you agree to pay a success fee of 8% of the amount you recover (reimbursements plus refunds or credits returned to you, less provider transfer fees), payable via a Stripe payment link within 14 days of confirmation. This applies to transfers completed within 12 months of our introduction. If the vendor reverses a confirmed transfer before the event, we will refund the fee.
5. Buyers
Buyers pay us nothing. Do not pay anyone for a booking before the provider has confirmed the transfer in writing. Your agreement for the booking is with the provider (and, where applicable, the seller), not with us. You must follow the provider's own rules, waivers and eligibility requirements (for example, a camp's age limits or a studio's sign-up forms).
6. Prohibited
Fake or altered proof, listing bookings you know cannot be transferred, sharing logins or access in place of a real transfer, misrepresenting a provider, harassment, or using the site to contact people for anything other than the listing.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
