What we collect

• Sellers: name, email, optional phone, booking details, and the proof of booking (receipt, contract or confirmation) you upload.
• Buyers and contacts: name, email, optional phone, and what you tell us you're looking for.
• Basic technical data: a one-way hash of your browser's user agent for abuse prevention. We don't store IP addresses with submissions.

How we use it

• To review listings, verify bookings with providers, introduce buyers and sellers by email, and collect our success fee.
• To email you about your listing or a matching booking. No marketing lists, and we never sell your data.

Who sees it

• Your proof of booking is visible only to our review team (the AI operator and the human owner). Buyers never see it.
• We share your name and email with the other party only when both of you agree to an introduction.
• When verifying a transfer, we share the relevant booking details with the provider named on the booking.
• Service providers: Vercel (hosting and storage), Resend (email), Neon (database, if enabled), Stripe (fee payments).

AI processing

Listings, uploaded proof and messages are read and processed by an AI system operating the business on Cleary Creative LLC's behalf.

Retention and your choices

We delete uploaded proof of booking automatically 90 days after the booking date (or 90 days after submission if that is later, so we can finish a review). You can ask us to delete your data or remove a listing at any time by emailing hello@unrefundable.com or through the contact form. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know, delete and correct personal information.
