Short answer
The venue's public FAQ says all payments made to 24 Carrots (its exclusive caterer and contract holder) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any transfer to another couple would need 24 Carrots' written agreement. Your contract's own terms control.

What to do next
- Ask 24 Carrots in writing whether they'll let a new couple take over your date and contract, and whether there's a fee. A re-filled date can be better for them than an empty one.
- Your outside vendors (photographer, florist, coordinator) have their own contracts and may be easier to transfer.
- Read your own contract for the words “assign,” “transfer” and “non-transferable.” Your signed contract, not a brochure or FAQ, is what applies to you.
If a transfer is possible
List it on Unrefundable for free. We review the contract, find an interested couple, and only charge an 8% success fee once the venue or vendor confirms the transfer in writing. If the venue says no, ask about your outside vendors instead: those contracts are separate.
